One of Bauer Design Build’s core values is community, and we strive to live that value every day. According to Mike Bauer, it is through community participation and leadership that we all become stronger.
Leadership Through Service
Bauer consistently challenges all employees to identify opportunities to be active leaders in giving back to their communities through civic organizations, fundraisers, and missions that will help improve the lives of others. Just a few of the organizations the Bauer Team has been and continue to be active in are The Lions Club, Community Health Foundation of Wright County, Gilda’s Club Twin Cities, Feed My Starving Children, Wright County Economic Development Partnership and several school programs in various communities that are promoting betterment of our younger citizens.
