Last week we volunteered at Second Harvest Heartland and assembled COVID-19 emergency food boxes. These boxes allow for people to get the food they need via low-exposure curbside pickup. We assembled 569 boxes together which totaled 10,132 pounds, 8,443 meals, and 469 meals per person!
