Your Candidate Journey

1. Resume Review

Our process begins with a thorough review of your resume by a member of our HR team. We’re looking for candidates who meet the qualifications and skills outlined in the job posting. During this stage, our HR team carefully examines your professional background, work experience, and educational credentials to ensure a good match for the position. If your resume aligns with our needs, we’ll move forward to the next step.

3. Assessments

You’ll be invited to complete two assessments from the comfort of your home, which will take about an hour:

Make A Difference: This assessment helps us understand how you can contribute to our team’s goals and culture.
Predictive Index: This test provides insights into your work style and how you interact with others.

5. Second interview

The hiring team will conduct the second interview. If a new person joins in, they’ll be introduced briefly. At the end of the interview, we’ll go over the results of your assessments and assignment.

2. Phone Interview

In this initial interview, a member of our HR team will discuss the job opportunity, ask about your motivation, and provide more details about our company. This is also a great chance for you to ask any initial questions and get a feel for whether this role is a good fit for you.

4. First interview

Once your assessments are reviewed by the hiring team, you may be invited for your first interview with the team. We’ll discuss your experience, follow-up questions, and give you the chance to ask your own questions. We always recommend bringing one or two!

6. Conditional Job Offer

If everything goes well, a member of our HR team will call you with a conditional job offer. If you accept, our HR department will send you the contract to sign electronically. Welcome to the team!
