Branton’s journey in construction management commenced as an intern while pursuing his degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, he seamlessly transitioned through various roles, including Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, before joining Bauer Design Build in 2018 as a Project Manager. Throughout his tenure, Branton’s ascendancy has been remarkable, progressing from a Pre-Construction Manager to Director of Pre-Construction, and now assuming the position of President.
