Todd Christopherson

President

Todd has nearly 40 years of experience in designing and constructing buildings and public works. He began his career with a local design-build contractor and spent 27 years with that firm, starting as a project manager and later moving into ownership and leadership roles.

I’m excited about joining Bauer Design Build as a leader and look forward to supporting this highly respected team of talented professionals. My goals are to help build people, build teams, and build great projects together.

Todd is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota with experience in; structural, geotechnical, and stormwater design. He loves helping project teams with value engineering and resolving challenges encountered in the design and construction processes. Todd will be instrumental in helping guide, mentor, and grow BDB’s key leaders in the organization. Making him an essential and valuable addition to the team.
