My approach to each project is simple – do what’s right, do your best, and trust yourself. These steps push me to learn and deliver the best for our partners.
Andrew brings a roll-up the sleeves and get working attitude from his field experience. He started his professional career enlisting in the US Air Force where he gained experience managing programs and practiced continuing improvement efforts landing him high marks and awards from his leaders. Andrew built his career from the ground up at Bauer. Starting from a construction management internship to Pre-construction he continues to grow as a team player.
