Our project managers and superintendents are client focused. We understand that a client’s requirements may change during construction, or that critical issues can arise which may put additional constraints or pressure on our staff. However, the support and services offered by BDB adapt accordingly and our focus remains solution-based. By collaborating efforts and consolidating project responsibilities, we are able to interweave processes and eliminate time lost while remaining in sync with the budget.

The BDB team members have extensive experience with projects of varying types, sizes, and complexity. As a result, we are not simply able to build well, we are able to provide straight forward and credible design assistance during the design phase of projects. Clients frequently enlist the services of BDB prior to their selection of an architect so that we can assist in the designer selection process. If you have pre-selected an architect for the project, BDB will work collaboratively with the architect’s design process.
