Since joining the company in 2015, Branton has advanced through several key roles, including Project Manager, Bauer’s first Pre-Construction Manager and Director, and currently President. Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in strengthening the organization, guiding strategic direction, and reinforcing the core values that define Bauer Design Build.
