Syprian Nyaberi - Bauer Design Build

Syp holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University and brings over four years of experience as a project engineer with various general contractors on the East Coast. He has also served as an Owner’s Representative for an AEC firm, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily residential, commercial, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects nationwide.

Syp’s experience has allowed him to cultivate relationships grounded in integrity, trust, and respect with colleagues across all levels of an organization. His broad knowledge and versatile skill set enhance his project teams by streamlining construction processes, minimizing risk, maximizing efficiency, and consistently meeting or exceeding safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals.

I approach each project like tending to a garden. Whether big or small, success starts with careful planning, coordination, and efficient resource allocation. But just like with a garden, the quality of the final result depends on the day-to-day nurturing and attention it receives. I strive to be as prepared as possible and give my best to each role, keeping the big picture in mind and aiming for results that matter to everyone involved. In the end, whether the ‘harvest’ is abundant or leaves room for growth, I look forward to learning from both the challenges and successes and carrying those lessons forward.
