Seth Vainikka

Seth brings a diverse range of experiences to his role as a Construction Management Intern, having worked in a variety of industries, from luxury hospitality and ice rink resurfacing to building custom saunas. This broad background has shaped his strong work ethic and attention to detail, which he applies to every project, no matter the scale. He prides himself on being part of a collaborative team working toward shared goals, always focused on delivering quality results.

With a foundation in finish carpentry and woodworking, Seth’s natural curiosity and eagerness to learn have fueled his growth in the construction industry. After completing an internship with a larger general contractor, he sought out the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a more streamlined team. Seth holds an associate’s degree in business management and is on track to graduate with a bachelor’s in construction management from Moorhead in May of 2026. His drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the team, and the company is excited to have him on board.
