Luke got his start at Bauer Design Build as an intern and quickly proved himself to be a reliable, hard-working member of the team. Now full-time, he brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude to every job site. He is driven by meaningful work and values a team culture built on trust, communication, and growth. With a focus on integrity and accountability, Luke approaches every day with a willingness to adapt, help others, and continue building his skills.
