Jason Nesteby - Bauer Design Build

Jason has been immersed in the construction industry for the majority of his career. He began in residential home-energy performance and steadily advanced into commercial construction, gaining hands-on experience in hospital, multifamily, restaurant, and mixed-use projects.

Known for his versatility, Jason combines skilled-trade knowledge with strong site-management expertise. He prioritizes safety, clear communication, and proactive coordination, ensuring every trade works toward the same objective: delivering an on-time, high-quality product that meets—or exceeds—the owner’s expectations.
