Jack Patrick
With a strong foundation in construction, Jack brings years of diverse experience to every project. From an early age, he was inspired by the builders in his family, working on small residential projects while still in school. This early exposure laid the groundwork for a career marked by leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.
I feel blessed to be part of a team that shares my passion for workers’ health and safety. I strive to create job sites that foster positive collaboration, where everyone understands the work at hand and feels comfortable asking questions.
How can I help?
After serving in the Navy and then transitioning to law enforcement, Jack developed a keen understanding of leadership and the critical importance of safety in high-risk environments. He became a skilled trainer, sharing knowledge that helped protect both his team and the community.
Returning to construction, Jack applied these lessons to industrial projects, specializing in rigging, heavy hoisting, welding, and steel fabrication. His hands-on approach and deep involvement in challenging tasks have made him an advocate for safety at every level. Jack is dedicated to creating job sites where safety, communication, and collaboration come first. We’re incredibly happy to have him on the BDB team!
