Connor Pajari

Connor joined the team as a Project Engineer after graduating from Bemidji State University in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, emphasizing Construction and Facility Management. Through his education and internship experience, he’s developed a strong foundation to support project teams from preconstruction through closeout.

Connor is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering successful results. He takes pride in building strong relationships, working collaboratively, and maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. His approach helps ensure clear communication, smooth coordination, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

He values being involved in the community and looks for opportunities to give back whenever he can. We’re excited to have Connor on board and look forward to the energy and dedication he brings to each project.
