You are constantly hearing different theories and concepts in school. I was able to take that knowledge and apply it to my internship at Bauer. When the internship was over, I did not want it to stop.

After my 12-week internship, I am leaving with lots of experiences and more knowledge about construction. From being in the office learning the construction processes to the field observing the actual construction of buildings, all have been valuable. It is important, however, to shout out the Bauer team because they are the ones who made this a great internship!

Thank you all for making my first internship such a welcoming experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to start with. I have learned from THE BEST this summer. Hope to see you all again, soon!
