Tyler Dvorak - Bauer Design Build

Tyler’s connection to construction started early, working alongside his father on commercial and residential drywall projects. Seeing projects take shape from the field sparked an appreciation for the building process and ultimately led him to pursue a career in commercial construction.

As a Senior Project Engineer, Tyler brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail. He values clear communication, strong relationships, and working together to find solutions that keep projects moving forward.

I take pride in being someone people can rely on, especially when challenges arise. Showing up, following through, and helping find a solution are how I earn trust throughout a project.
