Johana Carter

Johana brings more than 15 years of construction experience, with a career that began in Ecuador before continuing in Minnesota across a wide range of commercial projects. Her background includes industrial, multifamily, modular, and institutional construction, giving her a well-rounded perspective on project delivery.

As a Senior Project Engineer, Johana works closely with project teams, owners, design partners, and trade partners to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate the many moving parts that contribute to a successful project.

Fluent in four languages, Johana brings a unique ability to connect with diverse teams and build strong working relationships. She approaches every project with a collaborative mindset, a commitment to quality, and a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.
