Joe Hanke

Joe’s construction background began early, working on his family farm at the age of eight. That experience instilled the work ethic and hands-on mindset that have guided his career ever since. He spent six years in residential construction before launching his own construction company, which he owned and operated for 17 years.

In 2020, Joe transitioned into construction management and has since worked across a variety of markets, including multifamily, mixed-use, and sports complex projects. As a Superintendent, he values the teamwork required to bring a project from concept to completion and believes the best results come from a group fully committed to a shared goal.

Joe takes pride in every stage of the building process and enjoys seeing a project come together through the combined efforts of owners, designers, trade partners, and field teams. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is delivering a finished product that meets client expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.
