I am passionate about providing our clients with the best experience possible while maintaining strong relationships. My mission is to build the best quality product while assuring total transparency by holding our team to the highest level of integrity. Jake has been around construction his entire life and always finds joy in visiting new job sites. Working at BDB off and on throughout his teenage and young adult life for almost a decade, he’s gained valuable experience in both the office and out in the field. Since earning his degree in Construction Management at Minnesota State University Moorhead, he is fulfilling his duties as an Assistant Superintendent here at Bauer.
With a can-do attitude, Jake is dedicated to always doing right by our clients and regularly goes above and beyond. He loves to learn new things and never shies from lending a helping hand. Jake is very excited about growing with the company and continuing Bauer’s strong reputation in the industry.
