Maddie Blume
Maddie brings a strong foundation in commercial construction, with over seven years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager for an electrical contractor. She entered the industry with no formal background—just curiosity, determination, and a willingness to learn—and quickly established herself through hard work and a commitment to continual growth.
Maddie holds associate degrees in Business and Liberal Arts from Normandale Community College. She approaches each project with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and problem-solving, always working to ensure clear communication and high-quality results.
