As BDB is experiencing rapid growth in all market sectors, Todd will be instrumental in helping guide, mentor, and grow BDB’s key leaders in the organization as it manages their planned strategic growth.
Todd will assume responsibilities on March 27th, 2023, and will be responsible for the operations of the organization in conjunction with the Founder & CEO (Mike Bauer) and Executive Leadership Team. He will ultimately be responsible for sustaining the overall success of the company and the achievement of its short and long-term goals.

Prior to joining BDB, Todd was Chief Operating Officer at SM Hentges and Sons in Jordan, MN. During his 6 years with Hentges, the company grew to over 400 employees and expanded to offices in Omaha and Denver. He also spent 27 years with Amcon Construction, in various positions from construction manager to president.
Todd received a B.S. with Highest Honors, and a M.S. Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He and his wife, Nancy live in Burnsville, MN. They enjoy golf, travel, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
