Trish Hagensick

Earning a master’s at Mankato State, Trish understands the value of continuous learning. Growing up in Iowa, she was actively involved with sports and the outdoors. Which helped shape her into the leader she is today. She will be primarily responsible for supporting the Directors of Construction and Project Management with efforts to improve the business processes resulting in better performance in the areas of cost, quality, and internal and external client satisfaction. Her strong work ethic, coupled with relationship-driven leadership skills align with BDB’s core values, making her a great addition to the BDB team!
