Project Engineer I
I look at each project as an opportunity to work with and learn alongside the experienced team Bauer Design Build has assembled. And I’m eager to assist wherever I can in order to produce a quality end product.
Eli has been intrigued by the construction industry his whole life. Which lead him to get a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. During college he interned with a general contractor in both estimating and project management roles, furthering his knowledge of the industry. After college he spent a few years on the concrete subcontractor side of things, which he feels allowed him to understand the process from a different viewpoint. Eli is eager to learn and assist in any way possible to help each project succeed, being a valuable asset to the team.
